About the Team The Scaled Growth Team is a strategic engine within TikTok, focused on driving global new client acquisition through high-impact agency partnerships. The team plays a critical role in building and enriching a high-quality client pipeline, working closely with direct sales to support sustainable, long-term growth. By identifying scalable opportunities and unlocking new markets, the team accelerates business expansion while ensuring consistent, high-quality client engagement.
- Cultivate and elevate meaningful, long-term partnerships with media and digital agencies, as well as TikTok Shop partners, driving mutual growth and shared success.
- Build strong, trusted relationships across all levels, from C-suite leaders to operational teams, positioning TikTok as a strategic partner of choice.
- Harness data, insights, and industry benchmarks to lead impactful strategic conversations that unlock growth opportunities for agencies and their clients.
- Champion agency success by developing high-impact strategies, including:
- Guiding agencies through scaling and transformation
- Delivering creative insights and best-in-class practices
- Advising on budget optimization and revenue growth strategies
- Manage a diverse portfolio of agency partners at scale, proactively monitoring performance and maintaining clear, consistent communication.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact, supporting agencies in onboarding new clients and accelerating their future growth.
- Anticipate challenges and act decisively—leveraging experience and insights to troubleshoot issues while proactively shaping sustainable growth strategies.
- Act as the voice of your partners by translating client insights into actionable feedback for cross-functional teams (Ads Review, Finance, Product), ensuring an exceptional end-to-end experience.
- Collaborate across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to strengthen the broader agency ecosystem and drive strategic business impact.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience working closely with agencies, resellers, consulting businesses
- Experience in digital advertising, marketing, consulting, or campaign optimization (agency or in-house)
- Hands-on experience managing and executing performance-driven digital campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and driven by delivering measurable business impact
- Confident communicator who can clearly articulate the value and potential of TikTok for Business
Preferred Qualifications:
- A growth mindset with a passion for staying ahead of the latest marketing and advertising trends
- Experience using BI tools such as Tableau
- Exposure to go-to-market (GTM) strategy or product marketing within a media or tech platform
- Strong data analysis capabilities
