Marketing Trainee Assistant – AI & Smart Presentation Tools

The role is part of the Color (Taste) Business Unit, supporting product marketing and sales enablement activities through innovative, data‑driven and digital approaches. The team works closely across Marketing, Sales, R&D and Regulatory to deliver customer‑ready, compliant, and impactful solutions.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Support the design and development of a Smart Presentation Generator using AI and Copilot tools

• Contribute to building and structuring a slides and content database (capabilities, categories, applications, visuals)

• Help define logic and rules to automatically combine product data, applications, visuals, and regional or customer‑specific inputs

• Participate in testing, documenting, and iterating AI‑driven marketing tools

• Support the creation of customer‑ready sales presentations ensuring consistency and regulatory compliance

• Adapt presentation tools for internal training and learning purposes, including interactive formats

• Support daily Color Marketing and Product Marketing activities, including database and tool management

• Conduct market, portfolio, and application research to enrich marketing content

• Support CRM updates, pipeline reporting, and color project registrations

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Currently a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Marketing, Business, Digital Innovation, Data, or a related field

• Strong interest in AI, automation, digital tools, and innovation

• Comfortable working with PowerPoint and Excel, with curiosity for Copilot and AI‑enabled tools

• Structured and analytical mindset with the ability to translate ideas into practical solutions

• Good communication skills with a proactive and solution‑oriented attitude

• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating in a cross‑functional and international environment

• Interest in marketing, product management, and sales enablement processes

• Previous exposure to AI tools, automation, or digital content systems
