Job Description
• Design and produce multimedia content including graphics, animations, videos, audio, photography, and interactive media to support training needs.
• Demonstrated experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, particularly in graphic design, video editing, photography, and motion graphics tools.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into clear and engaging visual content.
• Capture and edit video footage of demonstrations, interviews, and processes for training and knowledge preservation.
• Create visual enhancements such as infographics, illustrations, job aids, and layout designs for training materials.
• Coordinate and execute multiple creative projects, driving them from early concept development to successful completion.
• Ensure all multimedia products meet accessibility, quality, and technical standards, including formatting for various platforms.
• Support knowledge preservation efforts by documenting procedures, organizing media, and contributing to content repositories.
• Operate and maintain multimedia equipment such as cameras, lighting, audio/visual, and editing hardware/software.
• Provide technical support and guidance on the best multimedia practices, tools, and production workflows to support the training department.
