This role sits at the intersection of end-user support, system administration, and workplace technology engineering, ensuring seamless IT operations across a global workforce. You will act as a Tier 2 escalation point for complex technical issues while also administering and optimizing enterprise collaboration, identity, and device management platforms. The position involves close collaboration with service desk teams, engineering stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth device provisioning and lifecycle management. You will also contribute to IT improvement initiatives, including platform upgrades, security enhancements, and automation efforts.
