Job Overview:
On a daily basis, open and analyze newly completed wholesale inventory audits to ensure dealer's
compliance to MBFS dealer wholesale agreements. Communicate daily with dealers, auditors, outside
vendors, dealer credit, sales and others to clear all audit exceptions and properly close the open audit.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze audits and interpret audit results. Work closely with Dealer Credit Analysts, Wholesale Administrators, and Sales to resolve audit issues. Communicate to appropriate co-workers and management, relevant information concerning trouble dealers and conditions, and determination of audit irregularities that require escalation. Communicate with DataScan auditors to ensure that they are compliant with MBFS wholesale audit standards. (60%)
- Communicate daily with dealer personnel to resolve open audit items. Provide guidance and direction to auditors (internal and external) so audits may be properly completed then cleared. The closure of audits requires transparent documentation of audit notes in GeoFence.
Occasionally communicate with upfitters, body shops, and storage locations to verify asset locations, and schedule supplemental audits.
Occasionally communicate with various businesses to verify asset location. (30%)
- Maintenance of the GeoFence application. This may involve drawing new GeoFence locations and suggestions on continuous application improvement. (5%)
- Assist Wholesale Audit Team in conducting field audits. (5%)
Qualifications:
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.
This position requires a minimum of 2 years of overall work experience. Preferred experience includes:
- Audit: 1 year
- Business-General: 2 years
- Collections: 2 years
- Customer Service: 1 year
Education:
High School Diploma/(GED) is required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Recommended majors include:
- Accounting
- Business Administration
- Finance
Required: Drivers License
Additional Knowledge:
One year of general business experience and one year of customer service, or collections experience required.
