Expeditor
Hourly | Part-Time | $17.75/hr + Tip-Eligible

We’re seeking detail-oriented, fast-paced Expeditors who act as the critical link between the kitchen and service teams. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive under pressure, excel in organization, and ensure every dish is delivered accurately and efficiently.
What It Takes to Succeed
Coordinate communication between BOH and FOH to ensure smooth service flow
Organize and prioritize tickets to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
Inspect dishes for quality, presentation, and accuracy before leaving the line
Maintain awareness of menu items, modifications, and ingredient availability
Support food running, bussing, and overall service execution as needed
Keep expo line clean, organized, and stocked throughout service
Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are consistently followed

Education & Experience
1+ year of experience as an expeditor or in a similar restaurant role preferred
Strong understanding of kitchen operations and service flow
Proficiency in POS systems and order management
Valid Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain); ServSafe preferred
Equivalent combination of education and experience considered
