Regional Real Estate Manager
Job Description
What you’ll do - Includes but are not limited to:
- Lead your team; ensure processes & support are consistent with policies & procedures
- Understand and meet fiduciary client obligations and other obligations set out in management agreements
- Inspire and maintain client confidence
- Ensure timely and accurate periodic reporting (monthly financials, weekly reports, etc.) per clients’ reasonable expectation
- Ensure that property appearance and curb appeal is consistent with company standards
- Manage, review, propose to client and approve vendor contracts
- Coach, mentor, and lead on-site teams
- See that regular staff meetings are being held on-site; including safety and training
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to drive team and property performance in accordance with company standards
- Comply with all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations in property operations
- Oversee the successful Onboarding and Offboarding of assets
What you’ll need:
- An active California Real Estate License (required)
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years Multi-family portfolio management experience
- A strong financial acumen
- Property management software experience preferably Entrata
- Familiarity with Rent Optimization systems (YieldStar, LRO) is a plus
- Professional Real Estate Management Credentials (CPM, ARM, etc.) is a plus
- Bachelors degree is a plus
- Reliable transportation available, valid driver license and automobile insurance, as travel to properties and meetings will be required
