Renewals Sales Manager, Looker, Google Cloud (English)

Job Description

  • Manage a portfolio of annual customer renewals, ensuring on-time customer retaining and high year-over-year renewal rates.
  • Own, drive, and lead the renewals process in collaboration with the account team (Sales and Customer Success) to preserve and improve customer agreements and relationships.
  • Manage outbound communication to customers and lead renewal negotiations. Prepare proposals, including renewal rate calculations and agreement preparation. Verify agreements, data integrity of all quotes, review terms and conditions to ensure renewal subscriptions are in line with company guidelines and policy.
  • Strategize with the Account Executive on different renewal scenarios and upsell strategies, and proactively identify and help drive upsell opportunities. Maintain and report an accurate forecast of renewals.
  • Leverage a deep understanding of the product roadmap and AI developments to align customer renewals with future technology value.
