Staff Software Engineer

We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to design and build the AI Agentic core and foundation powering Employer agentic solutions. In the role, you will bridge robust enterprise systems with cutting-edge Agentic AI. You will take deep technical ownership of a complex, state-of-the-art backend architecture that integrates AI Agents orchestrated with LangGraph in Python, a scalable GraphQL API layer, and a responsive React frontend.                                    As a Staff Engineer, you will be a deeply involved technical leader — writing code, driving key architectural decisions within the team, and collaborating across Talent Scout, AI Infrastructure, and AI product teams. You will ensure our systems are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with product goals.
