This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Salesforce Service Cloud Administrator based in India.

This role plays a key part in ensuring the stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of a global Salesforce Service Cloud environment. You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day platform operations while contributing to enhancements that improve service delivery and user experience. The position involves close collaboration with support, operations, and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce configurations and automation. You will also help maintain data integrity, resolve user issues, and ensure smooth platform performance across a fast-paced international organization. A growing focus of the role includes supporting AI-driven capabilities such as Agentforce and intelligent automation within Service Cloud.
