We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst – Asset Operations to drive continuous improvement and embedded project delivery across our property portfolio.
Reporting to the Head of Data & Analytics, this role partners closely with Development, Finance, Operations and Technology teams to optimise systems, improve processes, and deliver initiatives that enhance efficiency and customer experience across the property lifecycle.
This is a full-time role, based in our Sydney CBD office.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the lead Business Analyst for Asset Operations and BAU initiatives
Identify process inefficiencies and deliver practical improvements
Translate business needs into clear requirements, process maps, and specs
Facilitate workshops to uncover issues and drive continuous improvement
Manage small–medium initiatives end-to-end (scope, timelines, risks, delivery)
Support BAU roadmap prioritisation and execution
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on system/process enhancements
Assist with system changes, including UAT, rollout, and adoption
Bridge business and technology teams, supporting optimisation and new implementations
Define reporting needs and support data quality and governance
About You
Proven experience as a Business Analyst within property, real estate, or asset-intensive environments
Strong understanding of the property lifecycle (development through to operations)
Demonstrated experience delivering process improvement and system transformation initiatives
Experience working across both BAU and project delivery environments
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
Highly organised with strong documentation and delivery focus
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, MS Dynamics, or similar
