Job Description

 

Role Responsibilities  

  • Serve as the first point of contact, greeting and assisting visitors, employees, candidates, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy  

  • Deliver consistent, high-quality customer experience while engaging confidently with individuals at all levels, including executives and external stakeholders  

  • Manage front desk operations including inquiries, check-in/check-out processes, and general reception duties  

  • Oversee visitor registration processes, ensuring accurate logging, tracking, and documentation of all guests entering the facility  

  • Issue visitor badges, verify identification, and enforce adherence to site access policies and procedures  

  • Monitor visitor activity and ensure compliance with organizational security standards  

  • Administer badge lifecycle processes, including issuance, updates, and deactivation, in alignment with security protocols  

  • Maintain and update access control systems (e.g., CCURE, Envoy, Verkada), ensuring accuracy and data integrity  

  • Conduct routine audits of access records and systems to ensure compliance and identify discrepancies  

  • Partner with Facilities, Security, and Technology teams to resolve access issues and maintain site security integrity  

  • Escalate issues as needed following established procedures  

  • Handle incoming calls, mail distribution, and package/delivery coordination  

  • Maintain logs, records, and documentation related to front desk and access control activities  

  • Resolve or escalate routine operational issues in accordance with defined guidelines 

 

Role Requirements   

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact confidently across all levels of the organization  

  • Polished, professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset  

  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced, front-facing environment  

  • Strong problem-solving skills with sound judgment in handling inquiries and issues  

  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently  

  • Experience maintaining records, logs, and systems with a focus on data integrity  

  • Familiarity with visitor management and access control systems (e.g., CCURE, Envoy, Verkada) or similar platforms  

  • Basic proficiency with office tools and systems (e.g., email, scheduling, document management)  

  • Understanding of access control principles and adherence to security protocols and procedures  

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity  

  • Self-motivated individual contributor able to work under general direction and follow established procedures  

  • Reliable, consistent, and capable of executing responsibilities with accuracy and attention to detail

Work Shift

Salary  

 

The hourly rate is $25.00 to $28.00.  Actual hourly rate will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
