Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Service Delivery & Operations
- Support FA service delivery, ensuring all responsible deliverables are completed accurately and on time in accordance with quality standards
- Proceed NAV calculation, reconciliation, valuation, reporting, and related accounting processes
- Serve as the client contact window, responsible for communicating with clients and discussing their accounting requirements.
2. Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Support departmental operations comply with local and group regulatory requirements, and support internal and external audits
3. Projects Support
- Participate in FA-related projects, process improvements, and system initiatives/test.
- Maintain good relationships with clients.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by department head.
