Milacron is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in Batavia, OH. The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated B2B marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, generate qualified demand, and support revenue growth across complex B2B buying cycles. This role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, owning end-to-end campaign development while partnering closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in B2B marketing, preferably within industrial manufacturing or engineered products, as well as a data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate technical, market, and customer insights into measurable demand and pipeline growth.
Work You’ll Do:
Translate company and business unit strategy into focused, high‑impact campaigns that support growth priorities.
Own the end‑to‑end management of complex B2B campaigns, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies that drive awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth.
Manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, content, email, events, and paid media.
Oversee campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize programs based on insights and KPIs.
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product Managers, and other subject matter experts to align campaigns with key end-markets, buyer personas, and account‑level priorities.
Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and vendors to ensure efficient and effective execution.
Support brand stewardship by ensuring consistency in voice, visuals, and customer experience across all touchpoints.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
5–7+ years of experience in B2B marketing and campaign management.
Proven experience developing and managing integrated campaigns that support lead generation and pipeline growth in longer B2B sales cycles.
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting marketing performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
Collaborative mindset with experience working cross‑functionally.
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional B2B environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience marketing within industrial manufacturing, engineered products, or technical solutions environments with long, complex buying cycles and multiple decision‑makers.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms to support lead nurturing and lifecycle management.
Experience developing messaging and campaigns tailored to technical, operational, or executive B2B audiences.
Comfort marketing products or services with long consideration periods and technical value proposition.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
