Team Lead - Continuous Improvement

Job Summary:- The Purpose of the role is to have Continuous Improvement in the organization and to have Innovation & Changes. Follow practices related to Operational Excellence, Commercial Excellence. Qualification: - BE / BTech - Mechanical Experience :- Min 18 – 20 years in Manufacturing environment. Job Description:- Responsible to Coach, Guide, and Educate staff members at all organizational tiers on new workflows and performance standards C.I. (Lean practices, Waste elimination etc). Map existing operational workflows, establish performance benchmarks, and uncover production shortfalls. Responsible for implementation of systems like Zoning / 5S / Standardization/ Problem Solving, Responsible for the Equipment Tools & to drive, improve & sustain them. Responsible for CI Audits & CI Projects (to Implement, Achieve, Drive, and Acquire). Responsible for Process development and for the Productivity. Responsible for Time and Motion study. Responsible for CI flow line and giving training to other people. Responsible for Waste Identification & Elimination, hence improving processes.   Managerial Skill:-  Ability to motivate a workforce Analytical skills Learning Attitude Self-Initiator Risk Taking ability Time management Functional / Technical Skill: - Exceptional command over tracking timelines, delegating tactical tasks, and managing multiple project budgets, Advanced Business Analytics - Expert capability to collect operational data, mathematically model outcomes, and interpret metrics for executive decision-making, Preferred Green Belt Certified or next, Excellent Verbal & Written communication & Computer skills.
