Location: Pearlz Oyster Bar – Charleston, SC
Schedule: Part-Time & Full-Time Available | Evening Shifts (4PM–10PM)

Position Summary
We’re seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Oyster Shucker to join our raw bar team. This role is perfect for someone who knows their oysters, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering top-tier seafood with precision and flair.
Responsibilities
- Shuck oysters quickly, safely, and consistently to order
- Maintain raw bar cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Ensure freshness and quality of all oysters and raw bar items
- Communicate oyster varieties and flavor profiles to guests
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Uphold Pearlz standards of hospitality and presentation
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of oyster shucking experience in a high-volume setting
- Strong knowledge of oyster types, regions, and seasonal availability
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Passion for seafood and guest service

Pay Range: $15 - $24 per hour
