Job Description

Your Responsibilities

  •  Process in-warranty claims
  • Process VIP orders
  • Respond to online marketplace customer messages
  • Process Dealer Orders
  • Reply to dealer emails
  • Receive dealer phone calls
  • Any additional tasks as assigned by the sales back office supervisor

What we are looking for

  • Organized team member capable of working on a variety of tasks
  • Great time management skills
  • Excellent customer service communicator (written and oral)
  • Highly reliable
  • Flexible availability to work weeks when needed
  • Bilingual (English & French) would be a valued asset

$20-$30/hour
