Job Description
Requirements gathering – work closely with various internal business teams to understand corporate strategy, innovation demands and translate them into project scouting guidelines Project/Innovation scouting – Search, identify and analyze potential investment opportunities based on corporate requirements and/or tech development mega trends Project filtering – work together with internal experts/engineers/users to evaluate project from different dimensions, e.g., fitness to our strategic goals, financial viability, competitiveness, and risk factors PoC execution – lead the execution of PoC for promising projects, coordinating with different teams to drive for deliverables in time Investment analysis – conduct financial and operational due dilligence on targeted project. Including but not limit to interviews, coordinate with lead investors and agnencies Stakeholder communication – regular communicate progress and findings to internal stakeholders and line managers. Prepare structured documents (reports/presentation) for alignment and decision making Portfolio management – Monitor performance of responsible portfolio companies post-investment, assist with strategy development and report on results
