Seasonal Forklift Operator - 11:30am Start

Pay: $19.50/hr, plus $1.50/hr shift differential - On Demand Pay available (access a portion of your earned pay before pay day) Shift: Monday-Friday, 11:30am-7:30pm, with overtime including Saturday Location: Indy North - 5550 W. 74th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46268 Job Type: Seasonal – not eligible for benefits Job Duration: This seasonal role is expected to last through the facility’s peak season. Employment may end earlier or extend slightly depending on department workload and business needs Culture & Engagement: Safety First Standard, Food Trucks, Employee Events, Holiday Parties, Employee Recognition Program, Advancement Opportunities!  Job Responsibilities: Safely operate an order picker or turret to perform inventory consolidation tasks Organize and stow products in the correct location within the facility Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts as needed Other duties on or off the forklift equipment as assigned to support business needs Adherence to all safety policies – steel toes required  What You Bring: Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience - required 6+ months previous order picker or turret experience - required Ability to work at heights of 20ft or more Proven success working in fast-paced, physically demanding seasonal periods Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop, and lift 50lbs throughout 8 to 10-hour shift Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) to be able to collaborate with team members and follow direction from leadership What Makes our Indy North Facility Special: Experienced, tenured, team who are willing to share their knowledge and experience Peak season fun – food trucks, basketball and cornhole competitions, giveaways Diverse, Inclusive, & Welcoming work environment
