- Regularly present, promote, and fulfill the sales of company products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, social media, and meetings with cannabis manufacturers.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential and track sales and status reports.
- Report on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Sell, deliver, and take orders for company products.
- Strategically develop business development plans and follow up as needed with both current and potential customers.
- Conduct promotional work outside the office including prospecting, attending trade shows, and participating in sales activities.
- Perform any other job duties as required.
- 2–3 years of proven work experience as an account manager or sales representative with inside sales.
- 2+ years of outbound calling, social media, and prospecting experience.
- 1–2 years of lead inside sales experience is a plus.
- Account management and relationship-building experience preferred.
- Knowledge of the medical and recreational vape industry is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices and ability to build productive business relationships.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capable of creating and delivering presentations tailored to specific audiences.
- Openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
- Punctuality and reliable transportation required.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent.

Pay Range: $54,000 - $60,000 per year
