Adapt sequencing protocols for food safety and microbiology undergraduate students for practicum and laboratory classwork. Implement and trouble-shoot molecular and sequencing protocols for food safety and microbiology undergraduate students for application to practicum and laboratory classwork. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to follow molecular protocols. Knowledge of food safety pathogen molecular detection methods. Skill in communicating scientific information.
