Founded in Sweden in 1936, Hubexo specializes in project information, eTendering, product information, market intelligence, and specification solutions.With operations in more than 20 countries and a workforce of 2,500 employees, Hubexo helps customers sell more efficiently, build sustainably, and lead the future of construction innovation.In the Philippines, Hubexo operates under the legal name BCI Central.The OpportunityWe are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Program Management Office (PMO) Lead & Delivery Lead to drive governance excellence and successfully deliver key transformation initiatives across Hubexo’s global IT landscape.This role combines two critical functions:Leading and strengthening the Manila-based PMO team and project governance frameworkManaging strategic IT transformation programs and enterprise platform rollouts across APACYou will play a key role in driving initiatives involving CRM platforms such as HubSpot, DealHub, and ChargeBee, as well as ERP implementations including NetSuite and other enterprise transformation projects.Key ResponsibilitiesPMO LeadershipLead the Manila-based PMO team responsible for governance and portfolio oversight across IT projectsOwn and continuously improve project management methodologies, templates, deliverables, and standardsEnsure consistent ways of working across all programs and projectsDrive project governance including status tracking, financial oversight, resource planning, and deliverables managementLead risk and issue management processes across the portfolioManage PMO tooling including SmartSheet, reporting dashboards, and MS Office templatesSupport project managers in applying best practices and maintaining high delivery standardsPromote the use of AI tools and technologies to improve efficiency and delivery outcomesDelivery Leadership / Project ManagementLead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT transformation projectsManage project scope, timelines, budgets, quality, and stakeholder expectationsDrive all project phases including Initiation, Confirmation, Design & Build, Testing, Deployment, and HypercareCollaborate with global business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendorsProactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalationsProvide clear and timely reporting to leadership and steering committeesWhat Success Looks LikeStrong hands-on project delivery capability with structured executionExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and process disciplineAbility to lead, mentor, and inspire project teamsSuccessful delivery of complex enterprise transformation initiativesQualifications & ExperienceEssential12+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, PMO Lead, or Delivery Lead within enterprise IT environmentsProven experience managing ERP, CRM, or enterprise platform implementations and rolloutsDeep understanding of project methodologies, governance frameworks, templates, and delivery standardsExperience leading teams and managing cross-functional resourcesStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadershipHands-on experience with PMO operations including governance, risk management, issue tracking, and reportingNice to HaveExperience with SmartSheet or similar project management platformsExposure to global or regional transformation programs across APACFamiliarity with Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall delivery methodologiesExperience working with platforms such as HubSpot, DealHub, ChargeBee, or NetSuitePMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or related project management certificationsExperience utilizing AI tools to improve project delivery efficiency and reporting automationBackground in SaaS, technology, or digital transformation environmentsWhy Join Hubexo?Be part of a global company driving innovation in the construction technology industryLead high-impact enterprise transformation initiativesCollaborate with international teams and senior global stakeholdersHybrid work setup with a flexible and collaborative environmentOpportunity to shape PMO standards and influence organizational delivery excellenceIf you are passionate about governance, enterprise delivery, and driving large-scale transformation projects, we’d love to hear from you.
