The opportunity 

We are looking for Claims Officers to join our Motor Claims team. 

This is a great opportunity to step into the world of insurance claims, where no two days are the same. You’ll manage a range of motor claims, supporting our customers through the claims process and delivering a high standard of service from start to finish.

Your new role 

You’ll support a portfolio of motor claims and deliver great outcomes for our customers by: 

• Managing claims from start to resolution 

• Gathering information and assessing next steps 

• Speaking with customers, third parties and suppliers 

• Providing clear, timely updates throughout the process 

• Working collaboratively with your team to deliver strong results 

About you 

We’re open-minded on background – if you bring great customer skills and a willingness to learn, we’d love to hear from you. 

• Experience in customer service, retail, contact centres or hospitality 

• Comfortable speaking with customers and handling a variety of situations 

• A positive, resilient attitude and strong team mindset 

• Clear communication skills (written and verbal) 

• Ability to stay organised and manage multiple tasks
