Technician - Mechanical (On Third Party Payroll)

Job Title: Technician - Mechanical          

Location:   Jaipur                   

Experience: 2-3 Years                 

Industry: Mining Equipment, Construction equipment or Material handling equipment.

Objective of the Role

This role is responsible for assembling, installing, testing, and troubleshooting mechanical and hydraulic components and sub-systems during proto builds.

Job Responsibility / KRA

• Assemble mechanical and hydraulic components and structures: frames, pumps, motors, valves, cylinders, brackets etc., as per engineering drawings and specifications.
• Maintain workshop tools and equipment used in mechanical and hydraulic assembly; ensure calibration, good order, cleanliness.
• Read, and follow mechanical drawings, hydraulic schematics, BOMs (Bill of Materials).
• Adhere to all HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) policies; promote safe work practices—especially for electrical hazards.

Competencies (which are required for performing the above tasks)

• Good mechanical assembly skills: experience with fabrication, alignment, tolerances, welding or bolting, machining (basic) preferred.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, hydraulic schematics, BOMs.
• Good ability to work with hand and power tools.
• Ability to perform pressure and flow tests and diagnose leaks or failures.

Special Working Conditions- No special condition applicable

Main interactions of the role- other proto technician & Engineer, Design Engineer and Quality Engineer.

Education Qualification- Diploma / ITI in Mechanical.
