Job Description

As the Head of Product Management, you will define and drive the vision for BIL’s comprehensive range of banking products and services across Digital Banking, Wealth Management, and Corporate Institutional Banking. Your role is to translate strategic ambitions into tangible, customer-centric outcomes that create value for clients and the organization. Leading a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic environment, you will foster product thinking, data-driven decision-making, and continuous delivery practices to ensure excellence in all product offerings (Daily Banking Payments, Lending, Savings Investments). Your next challenge: Define the Product Vision : Own and evolve the end-to-end product strategy for all banking services at BIL, including Digital Banking, Wealth Management, and Corporate Institutional Banking. Translate business priorities into clear product roadmaps, epics, and value-driven outcomes. Drive innovation through the use of AI, automation, and emerging technologies, focusing on enhancing capabilities such as anti-fraud measures and pricing strategies. Lead the Product Team : Build and mentor a high-performing, cross-functional team capable of delivering across multiple banking domains. Foster a customer-first, agile, and experimentation-driven culture within the team. Promote autonomy, accountability, and a commitment to continuous learning and development. Drive Delivery Execution Excellence : Ensure efficient product discovery and delivery cycles through Agile and product-led methodologies. Balance speed, quality, and regulatory constraints within the banking environment. Oversee key initiatives across all banking segments, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Own Customer Journeys Across Banking Segments: Take end-to-end ownership of critical customer journeys across all segments (e.g., onboarding, KYC/KYT, document flows, and digital channels). Ensure a frictionless and consistent experience for customers across all touchpoints. Continuously refine customer journeys based on insights from user behavior and feedback. Leverage Data Performance Insights: Define and monitor impact-driven KPIs related to adoption, engagement, conversion, and operational efficiency across all banking products. Utilize experimentation frameworks to validate hypotheses and improve products. Foster a data-informed product culture within the organization. Collaborate Across the Organization: Partner closely with stakeholders in Digital Banking, Wealth Management, and Corporate Institutional Banking, Finance, IT, Risk, Compliance, Operations. Serve as a product thought leader and advisor to both commercial and functional teams. Facilitate alignment through transparent communication, prioritization, and collaboration.
