Software Engineer II

As a Software Engineer II on the Meta Profile team, you will design and build scalable natural-language generation pipelines and services that synthesize job and job seeker data into a single source of truth consumed across Matching and product surfaces. You’ll own features end to end: shaping technical designs, implementing and hardening ingestion and transformation stages, and instrumenting evaluation so we can measure how new profile signals impact ranking, retrieval, and overall match quality. You’ll regularly partner with our Feature Store Plarform, Matching, and product teams to align schemas, resolve data quality issues, and run experiments, while mentoring less-experienced engineers on good engineering and debugging practices in this data- and model-heavy environment.
