Business Development & Account Management
- Manage end-to-end relationships with key Travel Retail partners (airports, duty free operators, airlines, lounges).
- Develop annual joint business plans with accounts covering sales targets, activations, and promotional activities.
- Identify opportunities for distribution expansion, assortment optimization, and visibility improvement.
- Drive revenue, market share, and profitability for assigned accounts.
Planning & Execution
- Create account-specific sales plans aligned with overall Institution strategy.
- Monitor performance against plans, taking corrective actions to close gaps.
- Ensure timely execution of launches, promotions, and visibility programs in coordination with trade marketing.
- Negotiate terms of trade, listings, and activations to maximize ROI
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely delivery and service levels.
- Partner with finance for credit control and reconciliation of accounts.
