Develop & Implement the Trade Marketing & Distribution Strategy for the organization in coordination with Marketing and Sales Teams in line with Business objectives.

Primary Stakeholders (Optional) : India Sales, Packaged Beverage category teams & Demand Planning teams.

What are the Key Deliverables in this role ?

Financial Outcomes

  • Daily monitoring of promoters’ attendance and target vs. achievement.
  • Monitoring monthly targets and incentives for top‑performing stores to help boost sales for the OF category.
  • To achieve EBITDA budget (Drive P&L)
  • Identify opportunities for growth and development within the area

Customer Service

  • Reviewing key elements of stores during market visits and identifying gaps.
  • Ensuring proper sampling at wellness-SIS & Fabindia-SIS stores and supporting CRM activation each month.

Internal Processes

  • Working on planograms for stores.
  • Coordinating with Legal, Marketing, and Store teams for channel scorecards, sales trackers, and management review reports.
  • Coordinating with CRM vendors like Dashloc, EasyRewardz, and Vouchergram.
  • Managing content for Fabindia websites and the Google site for wellness stores.
  • Handling label and artwork tasks—recurring, new product listings, and new product marketing for the Fabindia channel.

 

Innovation and Learning

  • Conducting product training for Fabindia and SIS staff and promoters.
  • Continuously reviewing store performance to identify improvement areas and implement better practices.

 

 

What are the Critical success factors for the Role ?

  • MBA with 4-7 years of relevant work experience in reputed FMCG organizations
  • Knowledge of herbs, spices, food grains, and organic products
  • Understanding of supply chain, branding, and store maintenance
  • Experience in FMCG/OTC sectors
  • Familiarity with labor laws, GST, municipality licenses
  • Awareness of state and establishment acts
