You will act as a trusted partner to the Chief People Officer and senior leadership, helping translate business priorities into scalable people strategies across high-growth, revenue-driving functions. The role combines hands-on leadership of an HRBP team with the design of frameworks that shape how the organization approaches talent, performance, and workforce planning. You will operate in a fast-moving, complex environment where clarity, structure, and sound judgment are essential.
