Senior Legal Counsel - Wealth Management (H/F)

You will be responsible for providing legal support to the Front Office and its support teams / departments. You will report to the Legal Wealth Management team leader. Your next challenge: Provide legal advice with regard to Wealth Management activities (concerning mainly insurance, lending, civil, commercial, corporate and investor protection law aspects) Advise BIL Group on its duties and responsibilities in respect of these activities, in particular in relation to general banking, bank insurance, cross border, credit structuring / implementation and MIFID related regulatory aspects with a specific focus on (consumer) lending Draft, review, negotiate any types of agreements in relation with the referred activities Contribute to BIL group projects by giving the best legal recommendations Actively participate in the legal and regulatory developments within BIL group including the launch of new products in coordination with other departments (compliance, risks, product development, IT…) Participate in external working groups (ABBL, etc.) Coordinate outside counsel Provide support to the Head of Legal and team members on various matters
