JOB PURPOSE:
• Assume primary responsibility to support the system maintenance of the Fund Platform for CTBC Private Banking (“CTBC PB”).
• Be responsible for data processing and research work relating to funds and mandate business
• Prepare and update marketing collaterals for discretionary portfolios and fund products.
• Manage related processes and process enhancement projects.
• Handle administrative tasks of the Funds & Mandate Team.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Fund Platform Support
• Support the information gathering and analysis in the funds research, due diligence, process and output that can be implemented and leveraged across the region
• Prepare internal and external client-ready publications, updates and marketing materials
• Assist to manage relationships with major counterparties and key market players
• Work within the Funds team to ensure coverage at all times
Discretionary Portfolio Management Support
• Support the management and monitoring efforts of Discretionary Mandates
Sales Support
• Publish regular investment material for use with clients, including flash output as appropriate
• Monitor fund performance and client positions on regular and ad hoc basis
Compliance and Processes
• Ensure full compliance with CTBC internal Policies and Procedures, further with all local and cross-border regulatory requirements
• Provide assistance to manage funds & mandate related product programs, policies and vendor due diligence
• Manage product setup, due diligence documentation and the regular reviews processes
• Be actively involved in ad hoc projects for process/system enhancements
Administrative Support
• Handle the administrative tasks of the Funds & Mandate Team
