The Role

As a Commercial Lender, you will:

• Grow business loans and deposits through new client relationships
• Manage an existing commercial loan portfolio
• Execute sales strategies and meet growth goals
• Build strong relationships within the community

What You Bring

• 4+ years in business banking/business development
• 3+ years in commercial real estate lending
• Proven sales success and strong relationship-building skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Excellent communication skills
