Job Description
This position will require travel to some or all of our existing branches until the official opening of the Commerce Branch in late 2026.
Our existing branches are located in Flint, Grand Blanc, Fenton, Davison, Lapeer, Swartz Creek, Clio, Orion Township, Clarkston, and Owosso.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary contact for members, handling transactions and account needs
- Answer questions and recommend products/services
- Resolve issues and support financial education
- Build strong member relationships
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of banking, credit union, or customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
