We’re seeking a passionate Learning Delivery Specialist to elevate the team member experience and support organizational growth through impactful learning.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training (ILT & VILT)
- Create and support high-impact learning programs
- Partner with leaders to align training with business goals
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years in a financial institution (teller experience preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts
- Organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative
- Self-motivated with sound decision-making skills
