Responsibilities
The Manager of Annual Giving provides strategic leadership for the department’s annual fundraising programs, driving donor acquisition and retention and developing multi-channel campaigns designed to increase philanthropic participation and revenue. This role oversees the execution and evaluation of annual appeals, employee giving initiatives, and direct-response fundraising communications. Additionally, the Manager develops sophisticated donor segmentation plans and data-driven strategies to strengthen long-term philanthropic pipeline development.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field required
Experience
- 5 years of experience in annual giving or direct response fundraising, with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets required
