To support our Studio team in Milan, we are looking for a motivated Junior Video Producer @NET-A-PORTER @MR PORTER

Here's a breakdown of what you'll be doing:
Work within the Product Video Team alongside stylists, capturing and editing digital video of NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER products. Deliver beautiful video that accurately depicts clothing and accessories in accordance with the guidelines.
Operate the studio camera on set and set up them for exposure, color, and white balance.
Produce and edit high quality, color corrected and balanced digital video footage in accordance with technical specification guidelines.
Maintain an efficient workflow, meeting daily and weekly deadlines.
Be responsible for care and upkeep of all studio equipment, props, and supplies.
Be able to work well within a team and under pressure with a flexible, creative attitude.
The type of person we are looking for:
Proven experience using a range of professional video cameras.
Good understanding of video technology(capture/media formats, aspect ratios, video compression, and optimization for based applications.
Proven experience of Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere, Da Vinci Resolve.
Good abilities in color grading video footage and a thorough understanding of color theory and its application to video.
Ability to work through the entire capture, edit and publish lifecycle of web production.
Knowledge and proven experience in studio lighting and equipment.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
A passion for product and crucially for always exceeding internal and external customer expectations.
Excellent organizational skills and abilities to work well under pressure.
Very Good English both written and verbal.
