Overview

We are looking to onboard motivated Apprentices to strengthen our team’s OBD

capabilities through structured in-house training and hands-on project exposure. This

role is designed to build foundational and advanced skills within the team, enabling

apprentices to contribute effectively to ongoing business and project needs while

developing their technical and functional expertise.

Your Role

• Support project teams in executing day-to-day activities, deliverables, and
• operational tasks.
• Actively participate in structured in-house training programs to develop OBD
• skills.
• Assist in documentation and reporting.
• Working closely with mentors and team leads to learning tools, methodologies,
• and best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge-sharing
• activities within the team.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines and organisational processes.

About you

• Recent Engineering graduate or diploma holder in relevant disciplines
• (Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, & Electrical).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with
• any technical tools is an added advantage.
• Strong willingness to learn, with a proactive approach toward skill development.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, learning-driven environment
