Job Description
The Perm Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of Perm Consultants to achieve business growth and client satisfaction. This role focuses on driving new business development, managing client relationships, and implementing effective recruitment strategies. The Perm Manager ensures high performance through continuous coaching, performance management, and data-driven decision-making, while fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management and Business Growth
· Coordinate team members to develop and implement strategies for new business development
· Participate in client meetings to understand their evolving needs and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly
· Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and anticipating future hiring requirements
· Identify potential challenges in fulfilling client needs and develop proactive solutions
· Maintain strong relationships with clients to build trust and facilitate business growth
Recruitment Strategy
· Work closely with team members to develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with client requirements
· Provide guidance on candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer handling processes
· Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and best practices throughout the recruitment process
Review and update recruitment procedures to improve efficiency and quality
Performance Management
· Monitor sales and recruitment KPIs to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement
· Participate in sales activities like sales calls and client meetings to coach on the right sales behaviors
· Implement quality control measures to monitor high standards in candidate sourcing, screening, and placement processes
· Provide regular feedback to consultants, hiring managers, and stakeholders on recruitment process effectiveness
· Lead periodic reviews and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
Data Management and Reporting:
· Manage and monitor the maintenance of accurate records of client interactions, candidate profiles, and recruitment activities in the systems
· Generate regular reports on recruitment and sales metrics, including conversion rates, effectiveness of the processes, and placement trends
· Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for process improvement
Ensure data integrity and compliance with GDPR and other regulationsQualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
· Proven experience in recruitment and sales, preferably in permanent placements
· Proven experience of leading a team of people
· Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
· Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in Office 365
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
