Supply Chain Planning Coordinator

Position Requirements

• Processing and managing long-term demand plans to support accurate demand forecasting and capacity planning.
• Partner with Procurement, SCM, and Operations teams to gather process data and identify potential gaps or inconsistencies.
• Coordinate with regional SCM leads to ensure effective use of long term planning methodologies and supporting digital tools.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to validate outputs generated by the long term planning information system.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, implement system and tool enhancements to adapt to the evolving automotive environment.
• Monitor long-term demand signals from the market and translate them into capacity requirements for individual manufacturing plants.
• Prepare regular performance and forecast accuracy reports using M365 analytical tools.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Process Engineering, or a related field.
• Very good English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics, Procurement, Engineering, or Planning.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel; experience with Power Tools would be a strong plus.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Ideally SAP logistics/production modules).
• Solid understanding of the automotive industry and customer production portfolios.
• Strong analytical skills, problem solving capability, and mathematical reasoning.
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Solid understanding of the automotive industry and customer production portfolios.
• Proven ability to develop, improve, and implement planning tools, dashboards, or analytical solutions.
• Experience in demand, capacity, or production planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently in a fast changing environment and support digitalization initiatives.
• Ability to work in a global environment and communicate across multiple sites.
• Willingness to travel.
