Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Travel Assistant to join our team in London Westfield. In this role, you will be the backbone of our travel planning operations, ensuring that both individual and group trips run smoothly from start to finish. If you love solving logistical puzzles, and making sure no detail is missed, this is the perfect fit for you.
Key Responsibilities
Your main focus will be managing and coordinating travel arrangements, ranging from straightforward trips to complex, multi-stop itineraries.
- End-to-End Travel Planning: Research, book, and manage flights, accommodation, and itineraries for individuals and larger groups.
- Complex Itineraries: Handle multi-destination trips, group logistics, and schedule alignments with precision.
- Problem Solving: Act as the go-to person for itinerary changes, delays, or unexpected adjustments.
- Cost Efficiency: Source the best options that balance comfort, convenience, and budget requirements.
What We Are Looking For
We believe in keeping things straightforward. You don’t need a flawless CV with decades of corporate climbing, but you do need the right mindset and foundational skills:
- Relevant Experience: Initial experience in business travel booking (corporate travel, agency work, or executive/team assistant travel management) is essential.
- Common Sense & Logic: You possess strong healthy common sense. You can think on your feet, anticipate potential travel hiccups, and find practical solutions independently.
- Organizational Talent: You can juggle multiple bookings at once without losing track of details.
- Communication Skills: Fluent English (written and spoken) with a professional and friendly manner.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using modern booking platforms, spreadsheets, and communication tools, like Google Workspace; Rydoo and Egencia are a big plus.
