  • LPC / LCSW / LMFT: Starting at $70,202
  • Performance bonuses: Up to $12,000 annually

What You’ll Do

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to students in a school setting
  • Support students’ emotional and behavioral health to improve academic success
  • Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Respond to crisis situations and provide immediate support when needed
  • Collaborate with school staff, families, and community resources
  • Participate in case staffing and treatment planning
  • Serve as a liaison to ensure coordinated care for students and families

What You Bring

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Licensed or provisionally licensed in Missouri (or working toward licensure) as: PLPC, LMSW, PLMFT, LPC, LCSW, LMFT
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for working with children, families, and schools

Preferred:

  • Experience providing individual, group, or family therapy
  • Experience in school-based or community mental health settings
