Job Description:

Job Summary

This role supports daily administrative and Vendor handover operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include organizing documents and shipments, performing basic data entry for manifest purposes, and assisting with general office tasks. The role requires effective communication, time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily handover of shipments to vendors
  • Monitor ERN and OGP abandoned shipments and ensure timely follow-up
  • Prepare and compile simple reports and internal documents
  • Assist with coordination and distribution of information
  • Provide CEC backup support and perform other ad hoc tasks as needed


Qualifications:

  • College diploma or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Can lift shipments (below 70kg)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
  • Willing to work flexible hours and overtime on occasion
