Job Description:

This role supports OGP Operations by providing customer service and ensuring accurate processing of operational data, including handover manifests, shipment routing, and billing. It maintains strong customer and vendor relationships, resolves issues, and ensures seamless handover of import/export auditing and billing activities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process CEC reports and support daily operational requirements
  • Provide internal and external customer service support
  • Handle OSPSG billing and vendor billing activities
  • Conduct import and export auditing processes
  • Ensure proper handover shipments to Vendor
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and maintain service quality

Qualifications:

  • College diploma or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
  • Can lift packages (70kg below)
  • Willing to work flexible hours and render overtime when needed
