The position is highly cross-functional, working closely with delivery teams, technical experts, and leadership to maintain clarity and accountability across all projects. You will help transform delivery operations into a more automated, data-driven, and scalable function. A key part of the role involves improving visibility into project health and proactively mitigating risks before they impact clients. This is a high-impact position for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity and driving execution discipline in dynamic environments. The working model is remote with U.S. shift overlap, supporting global customer delivery.
