CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE: Help clients schedule accurate depositions at Lexitas, supporting legal services with precision, responsiveness, and dependable follow-through.
LOCATION: This is a full-time, on-site position based at our New York office located at 100 Merrick Rd Rockville Centre, NY 11570.
PAY RATE: $22/hr

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Lexitas is seeking a highly organized and client-focused Client Services Representative to join our fast-paced legal support team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring depositions are scheduled accurately and efficiently while maintaining the highest standard of service. You’ll work closely with court reporters and internal departments to manage client expectations, streamline workflows, and contribute to a flawless client experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and schedule depositions in line with client requirements.
Maintain accurate client information and documentation in company systems.
Process payments and deliver records through OnDemand tools.
Communicate with court reporters and internal teams to ensure coverage and quality.
Perform quality control checks before records are distributed.
Assist with training and provide support to less experienced team members.
Handle confidential information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in legal support services preferred.
Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Adobe Acrobat, Internet Explorer).
Excellent organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
Familiarity with written depositions and the deposition process is a plus.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers whose first language is English.
