Maintenance Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Manage all maintenance resources
- Analysis of plant performance indicators and implementation of any countermeasures on maintenance strategies
- Manage (make new/ update) preventive and predictive maintenance strategy
- Manage the implementation priorities of the interventions based on production needs, cooperation with the plant operations team to promote improvements in O.E.E. and overall process
- Supervision of the preventive and predictive maintenance scheduling
- Management of the capex and opex assigned to the department
- Supervision of spare parts warehouse management and related priority
- Analyze and organize training needs for new employees
- Evaluate the skills of each maintenance technician
- Standardize work through the formulation of standard operating methods and verify their application with the collaboration of function managers
- Manage maintenance improvement projects through the implementation of Lean methodologies in coordination with the directives of the continuous improvement
- Communication and coordination with the Company Management, the central functions and the other departments.
Qualifications required
- Degree of a Professional Technician Institute in a scientific/electronic or mechanical field or equivalent work experience
- Min. 3 years of experience in a maintenance role
- Experience in maintenance processes and operations within industrial or manufacturing environments
- General understanding of maintenance management principles
- Knowledge of operating systems (MS Windows)
- Proficiency with office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Intermediate-level use of SAP (PM)
- Min. intermediate knowledge of English
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Organizational and planning abilities
- Effective communication within technical and cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving and reliability in maintenance activities
