Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Manager to lead the delivery of complex SAP engagements, drive business development efforts, and provide strategic guidance to clients. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical SAP expertise, proven leadership capabilities, demonstrated experience leading full lifecycle implementations, and a strong commitment to both delivery excellence and growth of the SAP practice.
Key Responsibilities
Client Delivery & Project Leadership
- Lead end-to-end SAP program delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes across all project phases.
- Oversee solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
- Manage multi‑disciplinary project teams across technical, functional, and integration workstreams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders.
- Ensure projects meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
Business Development
- Identify, shape, and qualify new SAP opportunities across existing and new clients.
- Lead proposal development, including solutioning, estimation, and presentation of approach and value proposition.
- Support go‑to‑market initiatives, thought leadership, and sales campaigns.
- Build long-term client relationships and contribute to practice growth targets.
Practice & People Leadership
- Mentor and coach SAP consultants and managers to support their growth.
- Contribute to capability building, knowledge sharing, and methodology enhancement.
- Support recruitment and talent development initiatives within the SAP practice.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of SAP experience in consulting or enterprise environments.
- At least one SAP certification, preferably two or three (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, BW, SAC, BTP, S/4HANA).
- Three or more full lifecycle SAP implementations from design through go‑live and hypercare.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale SAP projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and related technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to support sales cycles, including proposal development and client presentations.
- Excellent client-facing communication, executive presence, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Multi-module exposure or cross-functional integration expertise.
- Experience in a consulting firm or professional services environment.
- Ability to operate in both delivery and advisory roles.
