Manage and maintain HRIS platforms to ensure operational effectiveness and data accuracy

Analyze HR workflows and implement system enhancements and automation solutions

Configure and optimize employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, personnel changes, reporting, and compliance workflows

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and enhance the employee and user experience

Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for HR, Finance, Safety, and business leadership
-
Develop workforce analytics, compensation reports, compliance reporting, performance metrics, and man-hour reporting
-
Analyze employee data and create executive dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
-
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and visual reporting tools
-
Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration between HRIS and enterprise systems
-
Support process alignment and data consistency across departments

Provide system support and troubleshooting assistance to HR staff and employees
-
Develop training materials and educate users on HRIS functionality and best practices
-
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and data privacy standards
-
Conduct system audits and maintain data integrity and confidentiality
-
Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and reporting
-
Collaborate with HRIS vendors and third-party administrators to improve integrations and system capabilities

Support benefits administration integrations and open enrollment system preparation
-
Assist with special projects and other HR initiatives as assigned

Support payroll and benefits-related system functions and automated file feeds
-
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred
-
Minimum of 4 years of HRIS, HR operations, or related systems experience required; equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered

Experience managing HR information systems in support of HR and payroll processes
-
Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and reporting functions
-
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity
-
Experience with Paylocity HRIS strongly preferred
-
Experience with Power BI and dashboard creation preferred
-
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) is a plus
