About this Position Future-oriented business enablement to steer growth with sustainable channel structure per responsible territories. What you´ll do Steer further granularity of channel roadmap per responsible territories. Drive strategic partner next level collaboration forward with integrated and differentiated premium partnership programs. Proactively incubate for future strategic partners, i.e. medium sized partner upskilling with personalized upgrade plans clear milestones for tracking. Scout and develop new strategic partner into ACM, by adopting clear and structured processes and toolkits and accelerate onboarding into ACM ecosystems. Proactively analyze and prepare plans for underperforming distributors in line with ACM investment or divestment plans to improve ‘green time’ for entire ACM organization. Be responsible for some key areas of channel excellence that cover nationwide distributors, lead channel business manager team to develop, execute and optimize based on business insights. Actively work with different internal external teams, including Channel, Sales, Marketing, BDM, Market Strategy, Application Engineering etc. to provide best-in-class online offline upskilling programs customized per channel partner.
