Job Description
About this Position The Assistant and Solutions Support role will be responsible for the comprehensive management of purchase orders, invoice posting, payment processing, and the efficient resolution of discrepancies with suppliers. Additionally, the role will maintain open communication and provide timely follow-up with key stakeholders, demonstrating proactivity and a positive attitude to identify opportunities for mutual support, organize events, coordinate the search for or booking of services, and meticulously manage user expense reports. What you´ll do Creation of Purchase orders. Follow up on invoice receipt. Submit travel and expenses reports. Follow up on administrative tasks. Support on the logistics of events.
